By creating an account or using Portime, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Description
Portime is a subscription-based SaaS platform providing:
- Project management
- Task management
- Time tracking
- Reporting
- AI productivity tools
The service is delivered entirely online.
Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account
- Keeping your password confidential
- All activities occurring under your account
Subscription
Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis in USD.
The Starter plan includes a 7-day free trial for new customers. A valid payment method is required to activate the trial. Pro and other paid plans are billed immediately upon subscription.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
Cancellation prevents future renewals.
Access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Abuse the service
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Reverse engineer the platform
- Upload malicious software
- Use Portime for illegal purposes
AI Features
AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate.
Users remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it.
Availability
We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
Maintenance and unexpected outages may occur.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Portime shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of Portime constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
